Welcome to the "Friendly Island," Saint-Martin and Sint Maarten.

Though small in size, this island boasts a vibrant mix of over 120 nationalities, including people from Europe, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the United States, and beyond.

First, let us introduce ourselves.

We are Chris & Phil, a couple who traded the mountains of Annecy for the dreamlike beaches of Saint-Martin. After fifteen wonderful years together in France and as our children have spread their wings, we decided it was time to pursue one of our long-held dreams: to manage a unique and welcoming establishment in a beautiful paradise.

Our journey?

Phil had the chance to work abroad, while Chris enjoyed a brief stay in Mayotte. That’s where we caught the island spirit—not the mosquito, so no worries!—but rather the peace, the gentle pace of life, and the stunning landscapes.

In October 2023, we made the exciting decision to embark on a journey to Saint-Martin, an island that instantly resonated with us.

After a few months of thorough research (and a few liters of ti-punch for courage), we discovered our dream villa.

With stunning views and a tropical ambiance, it was love at first sight!
